Officers responded to a Burbank, California, residence on June 21 after a 911 caller reported hearing a woman screaming, according to local police information cited by NBC Los Angeles and FOX 11. Authorities said the woman had cuts to her face and body when officers arrived.

Wade was arrested that morning on suspicion of domestic violence and later released after posting a $50,000 bond. Prosecutors subsequently filed one felony count connected to the alleged incident.
